Who We Are
Buildvize Ltd is a family-run construction, refurbishment and maintenance company. Established in 2021, the company is built upon nearly ten years of industry experience delivering refurbishment, maintenance and project management services across secure environments, residential properties and commercial facilities.
We take pride in delivering projects safely, professionally and to the highest standards. Our experience within secure and highly regulated environments has given us a strong understanding of security, compliance, health and safety, and effective project delivery within operational facilities.
As a family-run business, we are committed to building long-term relationships with our clients through trust, professionalism, clear communication and dependable service.
Mohsen Javidi
Director
Director Mohsen Javidi has extensive experience within the prison estate and secure environments. Prior to establishing Buildvize Ltd, Mohsen worked directly at HMP Coldingley as a multi-trade operative before progressing into Site Management roles in 2019.
Holding EL1 Security Clearance, Mohsen has worked alongside GFSL (Government Facility Services Limited) and has successfully managed and delivered refurbishment projects across more than 20 prisons throughout the UK.
Throughout his career, Mohsen has managed projects ranging from small maintenance works through to major refurbishment programmes valued in excess of £1 million.
